2002 Doctoral Travel Stipends
The Executive Board is pleased to announce the availability of a limited number of stipends of US$500 each to help doctoral student members attend the San Juan, Puerto Rico conference.
These stipends are available for full-time Ph.D. students who plan to attend the Doctoral Consortium and/or have a paper accepted for presentation at the AIB 2002 Annual Meeting in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
Recipients of the stipends will be expected to assist the conference organizers for about ten hours during the conference.
To apply, send the following items to the address below to arrive by April 1, 2002:
- copy of your doctoral consortium and/or paper acceptance message
- letter of recommendation from your advisor
- letter of application stating your specific need for financial support
- copy of your resume
