Currently, the AIB Secretariat consists of the Executive Director, Managing Director, Treasurer, Office Assistants, Webmaster, Graphics Designer, and HTML Author.
Staff Directory
Dr. G. Tomas M. Hult, Executive Director The Executive Director is in charge of the operations of the AIB Secretariat, developing strategic initiatives for AIB, aligning tactical operations of AIB, and leading its implementation efforts. Dr. Hult is also President of the AIB Foundation. Dr. Hult stepped into this position on January 1st, 2004, relieving Dr. James R. Wills Jr. of University of Hawai'i at Manoa.
Dr. Tunga Kiyak, Managing Director The Managing Director conducts the day-to-day operations of AIB, including annual meeting management and coordination; support for annual meeting program chair; information technology planning and initiatives; chapters support and operations; support for AIB Executive Board; management, printing and production of AIB publications; advertising and public relations.
Dr. Irem Kiyak, Treasurer The Treasurer is responsible for finances, expense reimbursements, accounts payable/receivable, and all other financial matters and reporting.
Anne Hoekman, JIBS Managing Editor JIBS Managing Editor conducts day-to-day operations of the Journal of International Business Studies (JIBS) and is responsible for managing the editorial and publication process.
Meg Sowle, Office and JIBS Editorial Assistant AIB Office and JIBS Editorial Assistant processes memberships, handles membership and conference inquiries and assists with the JIBS editorial tasks.
Ronda Bunnell, Conference Assistant Responsible for annual meeting support and member inquiries.
Michael Reed, Webmaster Webmaster is responsible for database development, programming, statistical analysis, user support, site maintenance, and equipment.
Joshua Kalis, Graphics Designer Responsible for digital and press publication graphics design including logo development and website design.

Email - Membership Inquiries: For all AIB membership related issues, including forgotten password inquiries, membership renewal and conference registration issues, verification requests, follow-up inquiries on a past transaction, updating member records, and related issues.
Email - Technical Inquiries: For website related inquiries; such as error messages received, technical issues faced, problems with forms, seeing pages properly, and similar issues.
Email - Organizational Inquiries: For all other AIB related inquiries, including informational requests, partnership inquiries, conference logistics issues, chapter and publication related questions, requests for additions to resource pages, and other similar inquiries.
